Know Before You Go: Why More Money Hasn't Made You Feel Any Safer

Strategy 1: Get clear on what you actually want to build, and why.

Before we touch a single number, we start with what you actually want. Because a revenue goal that funds someone else's version of success is not a goal, it's a trap. You set the boundary here so you do not accidentally build another version of the 100-hour-a-week grind you are trying to leave.

Strategy 2: Calculate your real monthly cost of leaving.

Most people underestimate this number because they have never actually run it. Not a rough estimate, not a gut feeling, the real number: what one month of your actual life costs. I will walk you through the framework so you can run it for yourself at home, and you will see it is more straightforward than you have been making it.

Strategy 3: Map your runway, and find the real reason "just one more year" keeps repeating.

How many months of runway actually feel safe for you? We name what 6, 12, 18 months actually feel like, and map what closing the gap would require. And if you have noticed that every number you have ever imagined has felt not-quite-enough... that is the answer to why more money has not made you feel any safer. Safety was never going to come from a number. This is the strategy that ends the "just one more year" loop.

You will leave with a clear path forward

By the end of our 90 minutes together, you will have:

  • A visualization of what you actually want to build and what boundaries you need to protect it

  • A simple framework for calculating your real monthly cost of leaving

  • how many months actually feel safe for you, what that translates to in real dollars, and where the safety you have been looking for actually comes from

  • Your specific next step.

Turns out the math was never the hard part. Let's spend 90 minute on what is.

Hi, I'm Victoria.

I spent 20 years as a civilian engineer for the U.S. Navy.

I earned over $120k, had a government pension, owned a house, and somehow still lived paycheck to paycheck with no idea where the money was going.

When I left in 2023, I expected the anxiety to lift. It got worse. I had over $100k in savings and still felt like I was in freefall.

What finally shifted things was not a new income stream or a better budget. It was building an actual relationship with my numbers and myself: sitting down with what I had, figuring out what I actually needed, and landing on a runway number I could look at without flinching.

I am a Financial Empowerment Coach and a Certified Profit for Keeps® Coach.

I help senior women in corporate do the same thing: build a real relationship with their numbers and themselves... so the exit they have been planning in their heads becomes something they can actually act on.

Your runway number is waiting.

You do not need more information. You need a number you can actually act on.
